Mistakes First-Time Digital Planner Sellers Make (And How to Fix Them)

Too many colors, fonts, and stickers clutter your planner and make it hard to use. Simple layouts with clear headers and clean spacing win every time — especially for print-at-home buyers.

Many new sellers only offer a static PDF. But buyers using Goodnotes or Notability want clickable tabs, hyperlinks, and optimized layouts. Don’t lose sales over a missing ZIP file or incorrect margins.

Some buyers are digital newbies. Always include a short PDF that explains how to import your planner into their app (Goodnotes, Notability, etc.). It reduces refunds and earns better reviews.
